Please order your official certificate through the Olds Registries, after a period of 3-4 weeks after the event the official certificate from Vital Statistics will be available to order, once a service has been completed at the Olds Registries the cerificate will be mailed from Edmonton to yourself.

For rush service, please ask for your sevice to be provided at a call box, this service enables you to collect your documents the following business day after ordering. Collection is either in Calgary or Edmonton.
Vital Statistics print run is at 11:30am Monday-Friday.
